Credit card payments can be made by telephone, 414-649-9588 or use this form for credit card payments by fax or mail.

Registration: Due to limited space, full payment is required to hold a seat in class. Walk Ins are welcomes but we can’t guarantee a seat, supplies or even lunch if included.

Video Recording: No video or audio recording is permitted during the seminar. Still photography is allowed.

Designs: All designs created during the seminar are copyright. Delegates are prohibited from posting seminar projects on the Internet, sharing images via e-mail, or digitally transmitting designs.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that the seminar is cancelled for any reason, registrants will receive a full refund by mail. Delegates will be notified of cancellation in advance by e-mail or phone. In the event that the instructor gets Ill the class will be canceled and registration fees will be refunded.

Registration fees are not refundable, but can be applied to different class. You may also use the credit for a private lesson. Only in the event of an emergency will registration fee be refunded.
